50-hour Intensive Training

WHO: Middle management & executives from sales, accounting, marketing, HR, and higher management.

WHAT: Three intensive training programs for groups with varied communication skills in English.

WHY: Challenges in making effective presentation and email, report and proposal writing, confidence building for conversations with local and international counterparts.

HOW: A needs-based curriculum was developed and delivered by two instructors over a period of eight weeks.

ACHIEVEMENT: Created real-life learning experiences for participants where they wrote proposals to present to the upper management. 80% of the proposals presented were accepted by the leadership and implemented during the course.
