150-Hour Intensive Training

WHO: Trainee engineers & managers; middle-managers from over six departments; executives; exceptional global engineers who design machines for worldwide clients.

WHAT: Seven intensive training programs delivered so far for groups with varied needs.

WHY: Challenges with email writing, confidence building for social and business conversations locally and globally, raising cross cultural awareness for effective global communication.

HOW: A needs-based curriculum was developed and delivered by two instructors for to meet each group’s needs over a period of ten weeks.

ACHIEVEMENT: Participants reported enthusiastically that participating in simulations and impromptu speeches made a clear difference in their level of confidence in real life situations.
